WOYWW

Good Morning....

Don't you just love how the summer holidays, with all its promises of lazy days and plenty of time to do everything you had planned, disappears into a manic haze of 'must do' lists and the feeling of racing the egg timer to get it all done!

A great marker in the passing of Old Father Time is the weekly nose around other crafty desks over at WOYWW thanks to the lovely Julie. Even more worrying is the fact that it has been more than one week since I last took part (something I only just realised - oopsy).

My desk is looking a little busier this week, thankfully all the wedding invites etc are now gone and I had a lovely day at my sisters wedding, so its back to the usual crafting for a while.
Apologies for the dark picture this week but I had to take this last night as the Nutty one (my OH) is sleeping off nights and my craft room is directly below our bedroom. I'm having to be a night owl this week to get my crafting done.
As you can see there are a couple of cards which will form part of my class this coming Sat. Some bling, because whats a card without bling and a stratigically placed current stamp set to hide the new, up coming sets which will be released on Oct 1st!!!

I hope you are all having a lovely week and that you manage to beat Old Father Time and get in some good crafting.

Till next time - Happy Crafting

  1. YTou SU! gals are obsessed...you're getting me all excited too! You're working really tidily - perhaps its the need to work quietly that does it...maybe I should try that! Really pretty images on your desk...so what's the twine out for?

  2. I sympathise with having to craft quietly..my hubby is on his last few night shifts EVER!! He starts a new day job next week for which we're really grateful even though the salary is less :(
So I always do all my fabric cutting out when he's asleep and sewing when he's at work!!
Thanks for the fab comments about the tote - I probably would make one again but not with the buckram stiffening. I was nearly screaming by the end of it!

  12. So many SU organizers means a lot of stuff in a small space - jealous. Looking forward to OCt. 1st when you show us the new stamp sets.
